the City of Miami Beach Sunset Islands 3 & 4 Special Assessment District Election, do hereby
certify that we met on the tenth day of December 2012, and proceeded publicly to canvass the
votes given for Sunset Islands 3 & 4, as shown by the returns on file in the Office of the City
