1. Removed the proposed FY18 funding for item Nautilus Neighborhood Traffic Calming/ Complete
Streets Phase I as directed by FCWPC to be appropriated in sync with the Neighborhood project.

2. Moved funding for the Fire Station #4 Kitchen Equipment Renewal to the proposed column
based on Property Management's recommendation. (item #48)
3. Moved funding for the Fire Station #3 Kitchen Equipment Renewal to the proposed column in
the amount of $30,000 based on Property Management's recommendation. (item #49)
4. Moved $6,865,154 for the Lincoln Road Washington Avenue to Lenox Avenue - Refurbishment
of Lincoln Road Pedestrian Mall to the proposed column based on FCWPC direction. (Item # 67)
5. Removed Request for Euclid Avenue Between 17th and 5th Streets (Bike Lane), per direction
from Transportation department. (Item #74)
6. Moved $333,000 for the Street Lighting Improvements to the proposed column based on
FCWPC direction. (Items # 154 & 160). Note that North Beach Street lighting will not be funded
if we appropriate the entire $553,467 to the North Beach Yard project.
7. Removed the Ocean Drive Improvement projects (previously item # 159), as it was a duplicate of
the Ocean Drive Extended Sidewalk project. (Item # 153)
8. Moved $645,000 for the Rue Vendome Public Plaza to the proposed column based on FCWPC
direction. (Item # 175)
9. Moved $443,000 for the North Beach Bandshell Canopy to the proposed column based on FCWP
direction. (Item # 179)
10. Added the North Beach Yard project under in the amount of $553,467 based on FCWPC
direction. (item # 180)
11. Highlighted the Bay Drive Neighborhood Greenway project in blue (potential G.O. Bond
funding), based on FCWPC direction. (Items # 131 and 186)
Notes
Property Management physically inspected the following locations, and advised that funding for these
projects could be delayed until FY19:
• Botanical garden roof is in fair condition. Can wait until FY19. (Item #21)
• Fire #2 garage doors can wait until next year FY19. (Item # 35)
• Fire #3 branch lighting & electrical can wait until next year FY19. (Item # 36)
