SUBJECT: Changes regarding the City's We. ite
The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to share some changes regarding oversight of the
City's website.
Effective immediately, the website will be managed by the Marketing and Communications
Department. This change aims to ensure brand consistency throughout the website; unify the
overall look and feel of all departmental pages; and improve functionality as well as the overall
user experience.
Two members from IT are dedicated to the website and have been relocated to the Marketing
and Communications Department.
Tonya Daniels, Director of Marketing and Communications will be meeting with each of you in
the coming weeks to discuss the website and obtain your feedback on any recommended
modifications.
