SUBJECT: NEXT GENERATION COUNCIL MOTION
The purpose of this Letter to Commission(LTC) is to inform the Mayor and Commission of
the advisory motion passed by the Next Generation Council at its February 19, 2019 meeting.

Brackin, Jessica Shraybman, Jordan Kramer, Lucas Hernandez, Mark Jacobs, Michael
Thoennes, Wesley Kean
Members Absent: None
MOTION
The Miami Beach Next Generation Council supports the adoption of an ordinance allowing
live music and performances to be played inside private establishments at a volume that does
not interfere with normal conversations and is otherwise consistent with the City's noise
ordinance.
