SUBJECT: Motion by the LGBTQ Advisory Co mittee
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to inform the Mayor and the Commission of a
motion made by the LGBTQ Advisory Committee at their meeting on March 12, 2019. Please note
that the proposed tax is actually 1 %, not one penny.
MOTION:
The Committee recommends for the City Commission to pass a resolution supporting the one penny
tax for the Lotus House project as proposed by the Lotus House.
