The Audit Committee would like you to be aware of the following motions that were approved in the March 20,
2019 meeting:
Motion 1: To appoint Marc Gidney as Chairperson of the Audit Committee.
Motion Passage: Votes 6-0
Motion 2: To appoint Michael Weil as Vice-Chairperson of the Audit Committee.
Motion Passage: Votes 6-0
Motion 3: To appoint Ronald Starkman to serve on the Ad Hoc Inspector General Selection Committee.
Motion Passage: Votes 6-0
Motion 4: To appoint Brian Rosenfeld to serve on the General Obligation Bond Oversight Committee.
Motion Passage: Votes 6-0
Motion 5: The Audit Committee should meet on at least a quarterly basis with authority to convene additional
meetings as circumstances require and to coincide with the selection and delivery dates of the City's External
Auditor.
