SUBJECT: Memorial Day Weekend Public M -tings
The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to update the Mayor and Commission on
two upcoming public meetings.
The Miami Beach Police Department will host two public meetings to share information
on the City's annual Memorial Day Weekend plans. The meetings will highlight a variety
of details including street closures, access to parking, changes to traffic routes and
information concerning the Flamingo Park neighborhood.
The two public meetings will be Thursday, May 9th and Thursday, May 16th at 6:00pm.
Both meetings will be hosted in the Major James Smith Community Room, located in the
Miami Beach Police Department, 1100 Washington Avenue.
All members of the community are welcome to attend.
