SUBJECT: Transition of Attorney Debora J. Turner's Projects/Assignments
Ms. Turner's last day was on Tuesday, April 30, 2019. In order to continue to provide the Mayor
and City Commissioners and the City Administration with uninterrupted service relative to
Debbie's outstanding projects and/or assignments, please email me directly. With regard to
either any pending items she may have been working on or future projects you may have been
working on, I will reassign accordingly and provide you with a response as to who the
appropriate attorney in our office will be handling the matter.
Additionally, effective immediately, Chief Deputy City Attorney, Aleksandr Boksner will be the
City Attorney's Office representative to the Neighborhood and Community Affairs Committee.
Finally, since Debbie handled Sunshine Law briefings for most of the City's agencies, boards
and committees, any future request for briefings should also be addressed to me so that I may
assign an attorney for such purposes.
