SUBJECT: G.O. Bond Oversight Committee eeting Calendar
The purpose of this LTC is to advise the Mayor and City Commission of the remaining 2019
calendar for the monthly G.O. Bond Oversight Committee meetings. These dates have been
approved by the Committee. Refer to Exhibit A attached.
There will be no meeting in the month of August and all meetings occur in the City Manager's
large conference room. Should this calendar change for any reason you will be notified ahead
of time.
The calendar and meeting schedules are posted on the GOB website at www.gomb2018.com
and on the City Clerk's meeting calendar. Audio recordings and meeting minutes are also posted
on the website along with all presentations and other information handed out at the meetings.
