Overview
The READY Team tour aims to provide insight of completed infrastructure improvement
projects throughout the city in order to interpret its scope and context, and continuously
enhance our robust stormwater program moving forward.
Goals
1. Be a resilient city by investing in climate adaptation through neighborhood
infrastructure upgrades.
2. Assess water impact to roads that have not been elevated after underground
infrastructure improvements.
3. Evaluate current practices and assess what has worked, as well as areas for
improvement.
Logistics
Various groups including the Mayor and City Commission, Aides, City staff, and media will
convene and tour various sites throughout the city to evaluate completed infrastructure
projects in which road elevation has not been incorporated.
Staff from the City's Communications team will be onsite to film and capture footage of the
event.
*According to Sunshine Law, this tour will be publicly noticed.
