After months of designing and troubleshooting the G.O. Bond Program team is ready to formally
launch its new "Project Dashboard" tab on the website-www.GOMBINFO .com . The Project
Dashboard is the result of a collective city effort to make all G.O. Bond project finance and
timeline information as transparent as possible for the benefit of public review. The Project
Dashboard provides site visitors with real -time expense and activity information for each of the
57 approved G.O. Bond projects, as well as any sub-projects included that are budgeted
separately and therefore tracked as individual project milestones.
On the Project Dashboard landing page, residents can now see a general overview of how the
G .O . Bond Program is progressing with a real-time and interactive chart for "Project Activity" and
for "Program Expenditures" that pulls information directly from the city's Munis and project e-
Builder software.
By navigating the G .O. Bond Dashboard, residents can see the following details for every project
and sub-project under each of the three G.O. Bond project categories (Parks, Infrastructure, and
Public Safety), and in each designated city area (North Beach, Middle Beach, South Beach,
Citywide):

Dashboard data is refreshed automatically every day at 6:00 a.m., ensuring that all financial
information is up-to-date and accurate. This new tool will also produce a Program Progress
Report that will be reviewed and approved by the G.O. Bond Oversight Committee each month,
to then pass along to the City Commission as a monthly prog ram implementation update . This

innovative website feature and report function was made possible by Microsoft's business
intelligence tool, Power Bl.
The making of the new Project Dashboard was the result of extensive collaboration, as staff from
multiple city departments worked together for hundreds of hours to produce it to their satisfaction.
The following city departments should be recognized for their exceptional work in creating this
product for the use and benefit of Miami Beach residents: Information Technology, Finance
Department, Office of Management and Budget, Marketing and Communications, Capital
Improvement Projects, and the City Manager's G.O . Bond Program Management Team.
