SUBJECT: Budget Advisory Committee Motion
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LTC) is to inform the Mayor and City Commission of a
motion passed by the Budget Advisory Committee at its meeting on January 14, 2020.
The Budget Advisory Committee recommends that the City Commission approve the Event
Sponsorship Guidelines as proposed by the Administration along with the establishment of a fixed
amount as a line item within the annual operating budget.

Members absent from vote: Brett Harris and Steve Zuckerman.
