Motion l: To appoint Ronald Starkman as Chairperson of the Audit Committee.
Motion Passage: Votes 4-0
Motion 2: To appoint Deede Weithorn as Vice-Chairperson of the Audit Committee.
Motion Passage: Votes 4-0
Motion 3: To appoint Brian Rosenfeld to serve on the General Obligation Bond Oversight Committee.
Motion Passage: Votes 4-0
Members Present: Deede Weithorn, Bryan Rosenfeld, Marc Gidney, and Ronald Starkman.
