Property, which is located to South Pointe Park We IiveII P Y� adjacent .�. requested that the General Services Administration (GA):: r t ,,;r. temporarily. postpone their proposed sale, since negotiations with the '`` City for a long term buy-out of the Park Property would conflict with ,; the Falk Amendment. It appears preliminarilythat if we are to4., PP '" acquire the Property it will necessitate a full cash payment rather f q P Y than a long term buy-out. 40 2) Cheezem Development Agreement A proposed screening of the Cheezem property was approved by the Design Review Board. Cheezem continues to indicate that they intend to break ground during the early part of January 1985. 3) Newman Contract Attached is an outline of the Proposed Audio Visual concept that Newman is preparing under his Contract with the City. 4) Corridor Studies Each of the Consultants that were approved preliminarily by the Agency at their last meeting has been contacted. We are currently preparing draft contracts, and expect to have them to the Agency Members prior to the next City Commission Meeting. The Firms have been invited to appear on the next Agency Agenda in order to receive the input from the Agency Members prior to finalizing the contracts.
