SU8JECT Evaluation Committee Relative to Fquest for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2020-119-ND, for
Architectural and Engineering Design Services for Lummus Park Master Plan
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2020-119-ND, which seeks to obtain qualifications from architectural and
engineering firms with the capability and experience to provide architectural & engineering services for
master site planning, design, construction documents, bid, award, and construction administration
services for improvements to Lummus Park. This project is general obligation bond project #8.
The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFQ on May 28, 2020. The responsive proposals will be
reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Barbara Hernandez, Division Director - Park Development and Special Projects, Parks and
Recreation Department
• Omar Leon, Urban Forester, Environment and Sustainability Department
• David Nguah, Member, Parks and Recreational Facilities Board
• Colette Satchell, Senior Capital Pro¡ects Coordinator, Property Management Department
• Debora Tackett, Chef of Historic Preservation, Planning Department
I am also considering the following individuals as alternates:
• Sabrina Baglieri, Senior Capital Projects Coordinator, Property Management Department
• Michael Festa, Parks Project Supervisor, Parks and Recreation Department
• Rodney Knowles, Greenspace Division Director, Greenspace Management Division, Public
Works Department
