Inspired by the American Revolutionary War, his courageous efforts set forward the creation of several countries, including Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Peru and Venezuela. The Miami Beach Color Guard will open the ceremony, followed an invocation by Father Albert Cutie and the laying of a wreath by the Office of the Mayor and Commission, and other speakers. A portion of the ceremony will recognize the current plight of the people of Venezuela and their fight for liberation.
