SUBJECT: NEXT GENERATION COUNCIL MOTION
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to inform the Mayor and Commission of
the advisory motion passed by the Next Generation Council at its June 17, 2020 meeting.
Members Present: Adrian Silva, Daniel Smith, Daniel Quinones, Elisabeth Rabin, Jamie
Maniscalco, Jefferson Brackin, and Mark Jacobs
MOTION
The Next Generation Council recommends for the City Commission to permanently
pedestrianize Ocean Drive from 5" Street to 15" Street.

Motion Approved: Vote 7-0
The Next Generation Council recommends for the City Commission to support the
establishment of a rooftop outdoor theatre on Alton Road and adopt the enabling ordinance.
