Evaluation Committee Relative to Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) No. 2020-191-ND, for
Manhole, Structures, and Cured-In Place Rehabilitation and Inspection Services
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Invitation to
Negotiate (ITN) No. 2020-191-ND, which seeks to obtain proposals from qualified firm(s) that can supply
advanced and proven solutions and extensive experience in rehabilitating manholes, structures and
gravity mains.
The City will received proposals pursuant to this ITN on July 28, 2020. The responsive proposals will be
reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the ITN.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Mariana Evora, Civil Engineer II, Public Works Department
• Patricia Rendon, Civil Engineer II, Public Works Department
• Mina Samad i, Senior Capital Projects Coordinator, The Office of Capital Improvement Projects
I am also considering the following individuals as alternates:
• Matthew LePera, Civil Engineer II, Public Works Department
• Giancarlo Pena, Civil Engineer II, Public Works Department
