given time to comply with the menu price requirements. The ordinance was to take effect
o n Jul y 2 , 20 18 fo r the cafe's located in the MXE district and on Jan uary 1, 2019 citywi de.

Sidewalk café permittees must comply with those requirements set forth below in the
S ide w a lk C afé Code of Conduct, which is supplemental to. and in addition to. all other
stan d a rds , criteria and cond itio ns h e rein reg ulating sidew alk cafes, and is not intended to
a m e nd , re pe a l o r replace a n y othe r p rovisio n o f Ch apt er 8 2, Ar ti cl e IV . D ivisio n 5 A
