SU BJEC T: PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR 2021 B DGET DOCUMENTS
The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to distribute the Proposed FY 2021 Budget
documents in advance of the first public hearing to be held at the City Commission meeting on
Wednesday, September 16, 2020, at 5:01 p.m.
These documents are consistent with the City Commission direction given at the Finance and
Economic Resiliency Committee (FERC) budget briefings held on June 16, 2020, July 17, 2020,
and July 24, 2020.
In addition, electronic versions of the Proposed FY 2021 Budget documents are available online
via the City's website at: https://www.miamibeachfl.gov/city-hall/office-of-budget-
peformance/budget/.
The second public hearing is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2020, at 5:01 p.m.
