SUBJECT: Budget Advisory Committee Motion
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LTC) is to inform the Mayor and City Commission
of a motion passed by the Budget Advisory Committee at its meeting on September 15,
2020.
The Budget Advisory Committee supports Resolution 2020-31343 which specifies the use
of funds from the Marina Park project, including prioritization of $15 million for the General
Fund reserv e and recognizes the financial benefits of the project as a whole, including
increased rent and capital investments.
