The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to inform the Mayor and the Commission of
motion made by the LGBTQ Advisory Committee at their meeting on September 8, 2020.
MOTION:
The Committee recommends the Mayor and Commission giving the LGBTQ Advisory Committee at-
large ability to appoint 3 members with a one-year term each to better reflect the diversity in the
LGBTQ community.
