The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LTC) is to d istribute the Adopted FY 2021 Budget
document, as well as the Adopted FY 2021-2025 Capital Improvement Plan and FY 2021 Capital
Budget document.
In addition, I am pleased to report that the Budget team has created a new Budget -in-Brief
document, which is a concise trifold brochure that provides an overview and outlines the top ten
things to know about the FY 2021 Budget.
