SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2021-008-WG, for
Constructability, Cost, and Value Engineering Review Services
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2021-008-WG, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm (s)
for constructability, cost, and value engineering review services.
The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFQ on Thursday, November 19, 2020. The responsive
proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the
RFQ.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Elizabeth Piotrowski, Capital Projects Coordinator, Department of Capital Improvement
Projects, City of Miami Beach
• Jorge Rodriguez, Capital Projects Coordinator, Department of Capital Improvement
Projects, City of Miami Beach
• Olga Sanchez, Facilities Capital Projects Coordinator, Property Management
Department, City of Miami Beach
I am also considering the following individuals as alternates:
• Lily Alvarez, Administrative Services Manager, Property Management Department, City of
Miami Beach
• Daniel Cevallos, Capital Projects Coordinator, Department of Capital Improvement Projects,
City of Miami Beach
