As such, the City Manager has extended his State of Emergency Declaration through May 7, 2020. The City Manager has also extended the city’s “Safer at Home” Emergency Order, as well as the Emergency Measures, through May 7, 2020. Any violation of the aforementioned emergency measures would subject the individual or business entity to criminal penalties.
