Kaul, llala. 2B3D6240F92B45O ... 3/20/2021 I 1:42 EDT SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2021-083-WG Holiday Lighting The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2021-083-WG, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm(s) for a comprehensive, turn-key approach to seasonal design, furnish, install & remove, maintain and store holiday lighting and decorations, in an effort to accentuate the City's major thoroughfares. The City received proposals pursuant to this RFQ on February 24, 2021. The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ. I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee: • Jose Del Risco, Assistant Director, Parks and Recreation Department, City of Miami Beach • Robin Jacobs, Miami Beach Resident (Middle Beach) • Justin Karr, Real Estate Asset Specialist, Economic Development, City of Miami Beach • Santiago Sellan, Senior Administrative Manager, Property Management Department, City of Miami Beach • Heather Shaw, Assistant Director, Tourism & Cultural Development Department, City of Miami Beach • Daniel Veitia, Miami Beach Resident (North Beach) • Tony Wright, Miami Beach Resident (South Beach) I am also considering the following individuals as alternates: • Lily Alvarez, Administrative Services Manager, Property Management Department, City of Miami Beach • Javier Fulgueira, Park Facilities Manager, Parks and Recreation Department, City of Miami Beach • Shawn Patrick Bryant, Miami Beach Resident (South Beach) • Kevin Pulido, Neighborhood Affairs Manager, Marketing & Communications Department, City of Miami Beach I would appreciate any comments and/or suggestions you may have within three (3) days of the release of this LTC.
