DATE.M/1/2021 I 11:45 EDT SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2021-066-WG, for Attendants for City Parking Garages The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2021-066-WG, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm(s) to supply trained uniformed attendants for the City of Miami Beach parking garages and lots. The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFP on April 5, 2021. The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFP. I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee: • Miguel Beingolea, Parking Operations Manager, Parking Department • Mark Morgan, Facilities Zone Manager, Property Management Department • Femi Ogunmola, Financial Analyst Ill, Finance Department • Laura Rubines, Contract Compliance Administrator, Parking Department • Manny Villar, Code Compliance Manager, Code Compliance Department I am also considering the following individuals as alternates: • Rocio Alba, Administrative Services Manager, Parking Department • Marcel Causo, Senior Parking Operations Manager, Parking Department • Thomas Curitore, Assistant Director, Code Compliance Department • Evelyn Giles, Revenue Manager, Finance Department I would appreciate any comments and/or suggestions you may have within three (3) days of the release of this L TC.
