SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2021-322-ND, for Utility Bill Auditing & Expense Reduction Consulting Services -Gas & Electric The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2021-322-ND. The RFQ is requesting qualifications from firms experienced in utility bill auditing and related expense reduction, primarily for electric and gas utilities. The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFQ on September 13, 2021. The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ. I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee: • Rodney Knowles, Greenspace Division Director, Public Works Department; • Manny Marquez, Assistant Director, Finance Department; • Elizabeth Miro, Assistant Director, Facilities and Fleet Management Department; and • Yanira Pineda, Sustainability Coordinator, Environment and Sustainability Department; I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates: • Stephanie Campaniony, Financial Analyst 111, Finance Department; • Santiago Sellan, Senior Administrative Manager, Facilities and Fleet Management Department; and • Elizabeth Wheaton, Director, Environment and Sustainability Department.
