RE: Audit Committee Motion
The following motion was approved at the September 28, 2021 meeting of the Audit Committee:
Motion: The Audit Committee recommends that where significant non-compliance regarding
grant compliances continues without timely action that, without exemption, this matter be moved
sequentially to the Assistant City Manager, City Manager and City Commission, and if necessary,
budgetary authorization be suspended until compliance requirements are met.
