Notice of Temporary Polling Place Change to Precincts 038.0/038.1
The Miami-Dade County Elections Department has notified the Office of the City Clerk of the following
temporary polling place change.

This change was made by the Supervisor of Elections according to Section 101 . 71 , Florida Statutes .
The Elections Department will send notices via U.S. Mail informing voters of the temporary change (see
Exhibit A) and will post notices of the temporary polling place change on their website in English, Spanish,
and Creole . On Election Day, the Elections Department will place signs at the Veterans of Foreign Wars
precinct notifying voters of the polling place change.
The Office of the City Clerk has posted notices of the temporary polling place change on the City's
election webpage in English and Spanish and will advertise the temporary polling place change on the
Sunday, October 31, 2021 edition of the Miami Herald and El Nuevo Herald . A copy of the notices is
attached hereto as Exhibit B
During the 2020 General/Presidential Election, an election that had large voter participation, the voter
turnout on Election Day at the Veterans of Foreign Wars precinct was 42 voters.
A copy of the Final Precinct List is attached as Exhibit C.
