Hudak, City Manager 11/5/2021 I 3:39 EDT SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2021-349-KB Private Property Adaptation Program Assessment Consulting Services The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2021-349-KB. The RFQ is requesting proposals from experienced firms to provide private property adaptation program assessment consulting services. The assessment will identify current and future flood risks to private properties and make recommendations for improvements specifically tailored to each property. The City received proposals pursuant to this RFQ on November 2, 2021. The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ. I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee: • Sabrina Baglieri, Capital Projects Coordinator, Office of Capital Improvement Projects; • Mohsen Jarahpour, Flood Plain Manager, Building Department; • Amy Knowles, Chief Resiliency Officer, City Manager's Office; • Rogelio Madan, Chief of Community Planning and Sustainability, Planning Department; and • Cristina Ortega, Assistant City Engineer, Public Works Department. I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates: • Rodney Knowles, Assistant Director, Public Works Department; • Omar Leon, Urban Forester, Environmental and Sustainability Department; and • David Martinez, Director, Office of Capital Improvement Projects.
