SUBJECT : HOLIDAY COURTESY NOTICE -PARKING
LETTER TO COMMISSION
This correspondence serves to inform you that in keeping with our traditional recognition of
the holiday season, a one (1) hour courtesy notice will be issued for all expired parking
meter violations encountered by the Parking Department's Parking Enforcement Unit. This
courtesy will be honored December 1-6 and December 20-25, 2021. A holiday courtesy
notice will be placed on the vehicle's windshield in lieu of a parking citation (see attached).
As a reminder, all other parking violations, including restricted and prohibited parking
violations are being strictly enforced.
