Such package liquor stores include all retail stores, grocery stores, convenience stores, and gas stations, and this clarified Emergency Order is meant to specifically address the City’s continued efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and its highly infectious variants. Any violation of the provisions of this Order may subject an operator, business entity, or organization to the closure of the establishment for a period of at least 24 hours, or through the duration of the State of Emergency.
