The following motions were approved at the January 19, 2021 meeting of the Audit Committee:
Motion: To appoint Deede Weithorn as Chairperson of the Audit Committee and Marc Gidney
as Vice-Chairperson.
Motion carried by acclamation.
Motion: To appoint Adam Kravitz to serve as an Ex-Officio member of the General Obligation
Bond Committee.
Motion carried by acclamation.
Members Present: Ronald Starkman, Deede Weithorn, Marc Gidney, Roger Shields, and Adam
Kravitz.
