SUBJECT: Mayor's Blue Ribbon 41 st Street Committee Motion
This Letter to the Commission ("L TC") provides an update regarding a motion passed at
the January 13, 2022 meeting of the Mayor's Blue Ribbon 41 st Street Committee.
Members in Attendance: Seth Gadinsky (Chair), Robin Jacobs (Vice Chair), Jerri
Hertzberg, Michael Burnstine, Yechiel Ciment, Bonnie Crabtree, Eric Hankin.
Motion: Recommend the City of Miami Beach initiate a sidewalk kiosk pilot program
throughout the 41 st Street corridor, provided the programming/placement is discussed
and reviewed by the 41 st Street Committee prior to activation.
