The purpose of this letter to the Mayor and Commission is to provide an update regarding
a motion made during the February 15, 2022 Black Affairs Advisory Committee ("BMC")
meeting:
Motion: The Black Affairs Advisory Committee recommends the support of the new Spring
Break and High Impact campaign created by the Greater Miami and Miami Beach Visitor
and Convention Center (GMCVB) and the City of Miami Beach Communications
Department, which is a strategic marketing and messaging campaign.
Motion was made by DeAnne Connelly and seconded by Troy Wright.
Motion passed unanimously.
