SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2022-122-ND, for
Engineering Services for Water and Wastewater Systems Projects
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2022-122-ND. The RFQ seeks to select consultants needed by the Public
Works Department for the water and'wastewater systems improvements.
The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFQ on March 14, 2022. The responsive proposals
will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Mariana Evora, Assistant Director of Infrastructure, Public Works Department;
• Josie! Ferrer, Assistant Director, Transportation Department;
• Giancarlo Pena, Assistant City Engineer, Public Works Department;
• Mina Samadi, Senior Capital Projects Coordinator, Office of Capital Improvement Projects;
and
• Luis Soto, Senior Principal Engineer, Public Works Department.
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates:
• Lys Desir, Infrastructure Division Director, Public Works Department;
• Carta Dixon, Capital Projects Coordinator, Office of Capital Improvement Projects;
• David Gomez, Division Director, Office of Capital Improvement Projects; and
• Patricia Rendon, Regulatory Compliance Manager, Public Works Department.
