Subject: List of Projects Covered by the Cone of Silence Ordinance
In an effort to disseminate information to elected officials and City staff relative to projects that are
covered by the requirements of the City's Cone of Silence Ordinance, the following is a list of
current competitive solicitations to which the Cone of Silence Ordinance requirements are
applicable (as of the advertised and issued date noted). The Cone of Silence is in effect from the
date the solicitation is advertised and issued, as indicated below, through the date of the award
by the City Commission.
