SUBJECT: Office of Housing and Community Services Relocation
The purpose of this Letter To Commission is to advise that the Office of Housing and Community
Services will be permanently relocating its operations from 555 17th street during March 23 rd -
March 25 th . Office phones and computers will be temporarily disconnected, and all calls forwarded
to team members. Staff will be conducting outreach engagements or working remotely during this
time .
Operations will resume on March 28 th . The Homeless Outreach Services walk-in center office will
now be located on the first floor of 1701 Meridian. The Community Services division will
temporarily be housed at City Hall on the first floor between the glass elevators. The Residential
and Community Development Division will be housed at 1701 Meridian Avenue-4th floor.
