SUBJECT: Black Affairs Advisory Committee Motions -March 15, 2022
The purpose of this letter to the Mayor and Commission is to provide an update regarding
a motion made during the March 15, 2022 Black Affairs Advisory Committee ("BMC")
meeting:
Motion: The Black Affairs Advisory Committee recommends the support of a $2,000
budget allocation for the Black Affairs Committee to fund commemorative events and
programming around Black Affairs on Miami Beach .
Motion was made by Bibi Andrade and seconded by Diane Connolly Graham .
Motion passed unanimously .
