SUBJECT: Motion from the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee
The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to transmit the following motions passed by
the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee by a unanimous vote at a meeting held on
March 15, 2022:
1. The AHAC would like to encourage staff to support the waiver of the
sustainability fee for workforce housing.
2. The AHAC would like to support the Housing Authority of City of Miami Beach
application for the Vista Breeze project to the City's Historic Preservation Board .
3. The AHAC would like to support the FY 22-25 State Housing Initiatives
Partnership Program Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP).
