SUBJECT: Historic Preservation Board Recommendation -Miami Beach Bandshell
The purpose of this L TC is to transmit a recommendation to the City Commission from the Historic
Preservation Board regarding Miami Beach Bandshell located at 7275 Collins Avenue. On April
12, 2022, the Historic Preservation Board approved the following motion by a vote of 6-1 :
Motion of the Planning Board urging the City Commission to consider renaming the Bandshe/1 to
its previous name of 'North Beach Bandshe/1' to reinforce the identity of North Beach.
