Advisory Committee Motions
This Letter to the Commission ("L TC") provides an update regarding a motion passed at the April
12, 2022 meeting of the Ad Hoc North Beach CRA Advisory Committee.
Committee Members: Jose Smith (Committee Chair), Betsy Perez (Vice Chair), John Bowes,
Romina Orozco-Encio, Ronnie lssenberg, Manning Salazar, David
Sexton.
Motion: To recommend that the City explore an architectural design or
fa~ade improvement program for the Normandy Fountain / Place
Vendome business district.
