a.m., one [l} business day prior to the mooting. Advance submittal of a presentation will allow the Communications Deportment
to plan for the use ol the approprialo AV equipment, AV materials must be submitted via email a
communications @miami beachll.gov. Ihe body of the emoil must include a notation listing the name or group, contact person,
