GOB #45 Fire Station No. 1
The purpose of this Letter to the Commission ("LTC") is to advise you of a motion made at G.O.
Bond Oversight Committee meeting held on May 26, 2022.
Voting Members present: Karen Rivo (Chair), Jason Greene (Vice-Chair), Jack Glottmann, Scott
Needelman, Laura Veitia, Francisco Diez-Rivas
Voting Members absent: Carmen Browne
Non-Voting members present: Adam Kravitz, Carolina Jones, Jason Koslowe, Adam Grieser
MOTION:
The Committee made a motion to relay to the Commission that the G.O. Bond Oversight Committee
strongly endorses moving forward project #45 Fire Station No. 1, while staff prioritizes the attempt
to find either a temporary or permanent solution to relocate the Childcare Center.
Motion made by Jason Greene
Motion seconded by Jack Glottmann
Motion passed 5 to 1with Scott Needleman dissenting.
