SUBJECT: 2022-2023 After-school & Play Time Program Registration
The purpose of this L TC is to notify the Mayor and City Commission that the Parks and
Recreation Department will begin distributing information for 2022-2023 After-school
and Play Time Program enrollment process. Registration and payments will be handled
through RecTrac , our online software system , which can be accessed by
visiting register .miamibeachparks.com .
To facilitate the process , registration dates will be staggered at different times, beginning
with priority rollover registration for Miami Beach resident participants currently enrolled
in our summer camp program .

• Monday, July 11, 2022
• July 18, 2022
• August 8, 2022

Non-resident registration
Accounts must be current to register. Winter/spring break and non-school days are
included in the program fee. Early registration is encouraged as space is limited. We will
also have payment plans available for all income tiers, and financial assistance will be
available for those who qualify.
