SUBJECT: A RESOLUTION OF THE LINCOLN ROAD BID EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
EXPRESSING ITS SUPPORT FOR THE GARDENS AT LINCOLN LANE AND
LINCOLN LANE P27 PARKING LOT DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS.
The Executive Committee of the Lincoln Road Business Improvement District met on June 29,
2022, and considered a resolution expressing its support for The Gardens at Lincoln Lane and
Lincoln Lane P27 parking lot development projects. The Executive Committee unanimously
approved the attached resolution supporting The Gardens at Lincoln Lane and Lincoln Lane P27
parking lot development projects.

The Lincoln Road Business Improvement District (BID) is organized and operated as a business
league within the meaning of Section 50 1(c)(6) of the Code. Its purposes are be to stabilize and
improve the Lincoln Road retail business district, which is located within a nationally recognized
historic district, through promotion, management, marketing, and other similar services. In
furtherance of this purpose, the BID will work toward creating a favorable environment which will
increase commercial and cultural activity within the district. The BID will encourage a spirit of
cooperation and maintenance of high standards among its members
The Bl D's Executive Committee at their June 29 2022, meeting heard from the proposers for
both The Gardens at Lincoln Lane and Lincoln Lane P27 Projects. The committee voted
unanimously to express support for these projects, requesting you move these items forward to
the electorate for a November vote. These developments will establish the Lincoln Road District
as a fully realized live, work, and play neighborhood, essential goals we all support.
