Advisory Committee Motions
This Letter to the Commission ("L TC") provides an update regarding three (3) motions passed at
the July 12, 2022 meeting of the Ad Hoc North Beach CRA Advisory Committee.
Committee Members: Jose Smith (Committee Chair), Betsy Perez (Vice Chair), John Bowes,
Romina Orozco-Encio, Ronnie lssenberg, Manning Salazar, David

Recommend that the City Commission allocate FY 2023 North
Beach CRA revenue as follows:
Beautification 24%
Enhanced Services 21 %
Arts and Culture 5%
Small Business Development 2.6%
Administration 2.4%
Project Set Aside 45%
Unanimous by acclamation
Support of the Related/Gehry project (Deauville site), in concept,
as presented on July 12, 2022 to the Committee, and moving this
project forward is in the best interest of the North Beach CRA.
