Ceremony on Friday, July 29, 2022 at 1 :00 p.m. in the Major James Smith Community
Room at the Police Department Headquarters, first floor ( 1100 Washington Avenue). The
ceremony will be promoting the following personnel:
Officer Melanie Ozaeta to the rank of Sergeant
Officer Micha_el Angulo to the rank of Sergeant
