SUBJECT: Senior Management Team
Please be advised that I have regrettably accepted Assistant City Manager,
Lester Sola's resignation effective September 2, 2022. This is something that
Lester and I have discussed for some time. I fully understand and respect his
need to spend more time with his family .
During his short tenure with our City, Lester became an immediate and important
contributor to our senior team. His knowledge and experience facilitated and
expedited numerous issues. All of you who have worked closely with him in
dealing with the many quality of life issues that we are challenged with daily
understand and appreciate very much his dedication, sense of urgency and
commitment. He will be missed and we wish him well.
In the coming week, I will be reviewing and reassigning Lester's responsibilities
among our existing senior management team. I will advise you when that is
complete .
Please join me in thanking Lester for his time with us and wishing him well.
